Cannonball Recruiting LLC is seeking an Electrical Panel Wirer to install and connect electrical wiring inside military shelters and equipment. The role includes reading simple blueprints, routing wires, and ensuring safe, correct wiring.

Responsibilities include wiring installation, testing with multimeters, fiber optic assistance, and adhering to safety standards. Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of wiring experience; IPC certs are a plus, tools provided by you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of electrical wiring or assembly experience.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Basic computer skills.
• IPC certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain them).
• Must provide basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install and route electrical wiring, cables, and harnesses
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
• Cut, strip, label, and crimp wires using hand and power tools
• Install electrical connectors and cable assemblies
• Assist with fiber optic cable installation
• Test wiring using multimeters and other electrical testing equipment
• Troubleshoot wiring issues and make repairs as needed
• Use hand tools, drills, wire crimpers, and wire-cutting machines
• Keep tools, equipment, and work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
