Campos Fabrication in Shoreview, MN is seeking an experienced QC Technician to validate assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical control panels in accordance with schematics and layout drawings.

You will work with engineers and electricians to uphold quality standards, perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and document all quality records in the Campos Fabrication QMS.

This role requires a high attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.

Competenze

• HS diploma required; 3-5 years' experience with control panels.
• Strong understanding of panel wiring, schematics, and industrial components.
• UL 508A knowledge desirable; UL698a a plus.

Mansioni

• Review wiring of control panels based on electrical schematics, layout drawings, and work instructions.
• Validate correct mounting and connection of components such as relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, terminal blocks, and power supplies.
• Review point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and labeling in accordance with UL508A and internal standards.
• Inspect work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve wiring or component issues during assembly or testing phases.
• Collaborate with engineers and Electrical Technicians to ensure design and product build meet quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Record deficiencies, drawing mark-ups and as-builts to confirm final product and ensure quality documentation in Campos Fabrication QMS.
