Job summary

Millennium Control Systems Llc is seeking an experienced professional to lead the quality testing of custom electrical control panels. You will lay out, wire when needed, and ensure QA documentation is ready for shipment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong electrical knowledge, and the ability to train shop staff. Ideal candidates have 5+ years building panels, read JIC/IEC schematics, and can maintain testing equipment and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building custom control panels.
• Ability to read electrical schematics in both JIC and IEC formats.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles.
• Experience with testing equipment (multimeters, dielectric testers) is a plus.
• Must be organized and proficient with MS Office.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality testing on manufactured electrical control panels.
• Complete quality checklists and QA documentation.
• Lay out and wire control panels when available.
• Maintain testing area and calibrations.
• Provide training to Manufacturing Technicians.
• Develop and document quality practices and standards.
