Job summary

Millennium Control Systems Llc is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Beachwood, OH to support production, testing and installation of electrical control panels. You will assemble panels, wire components, label items, perform basic testing and document processes.

The role includes shipping/receiving support and off-site coordination with partners for timely delivery. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read schematics and basic electrical knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Basic understanding of electricity is required.
• Soldering and crimping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Panel build: mounting and wiring to spec.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and documentation.
• Print wire/tabs/plate labels as needed.
• Assist off-site manufacturing interfaces and progress checks.
• Basic test and inspection of equipment (on-site/off-site).
• Cable assembly with soldering and crimping connectors.
• Field installation and panel modifications/repairs.
• Support logistics and ensure timely product delivery.

Position Overview:The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for supporting the production, testing, and installation of electrical control panels and related equipment. This hands-on role involves panel assembly, wiring, labeling, basic testing, and documentation support. The technician will also assist with logistics, including shipping, receiving, and off-site coordination with manufacturing partners.
