This position combines electrical panel building and mechanical assembly, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad skill set while working alongside an experienced team in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Build and wire industrial electrical control panels from electrical schematics.
  • Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components using hand and power tools.
  • Install and wire motors, relays, switches, terminal blocks, and other control devices.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
  • Verify wiring and mechanical assemblies before testing.
  • Work closely with production and engineering to ensure high-quality builds.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred
  • Experience building electrical control panels from scratch.
  • Experience wiring PLCs, VFDs, relays, and industrial control systems.
  • Hydraulic assembly experience.
  • Experience building custom machinery or engineered-to-order equipment.
  • Forklift or overhead crane experience.
Why Join?
  • Work on custom-built industrial equipment—no repetitive assembly line work.
  • Stable, growing manufacturer with a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
  • Learn from experienced professionals with long tenure.
  • Opportunities to expand both your electrical and mechanical skills.
