Kelly Services in Columbus, OH seeks an Electrical Assembly Technician to build and wire industrial control panels and electrical systems essential to manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or electrical work is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and follow diagrams.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assemble production: cut, strip, label, and organize wire per specs; install components; mount devices; maintain clean workspace.
• Panel building and wiring: read schematics, route and terminate wiring, assemble panels, support testing.
• Advanced (as experience grows): build panels from drawings, troubleshoot, assist commissioning, mentor teammates.
