A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an Electrical Panel Assembler for our Auburn Hills, MI location. This entry level role focuses on layout, assembly, and wiring of electrical control panels per customer specs and engineering documents.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of reading documentation, and comfortable using hand and power tools. The position offers a full-time schedule with standard and summer hours, plus opportunities for growth within a manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school, vocational training, or electrical coursework is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review build sheets, assembly drawings, and production documentation.
• Assemble electrical panel plates, enclosures, and related components according to specifications.
• Install electrical components, controllers, and hardware following engineering documentation.
• Wire electrical assemblies using designated cable types, wire gauges, ferrules, tags, and identification methods.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
• Follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

Work Schedule: Breaks include two paid 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch period

Summer Hours (through September 5)

Monday – Friday
6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Standard Schedule

Monday – Thursday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Friday
6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
