Job summary

Apex Clean Energy is seeking an Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across its Texas assets. You will perform advanced electrical work on substations and Balance of Plant equipment, monitor SCADA systems, and support site managers regionally with travel across Texas.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in wind/solar facility electrical maintenance, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 5+ years maintaining overhead, underground, and Balance of Plant electrical systems at wind/solar facilities.
• Knowledge of substation equipment: electrical, mechanical, and control equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced electrical maintenance, operation, and repair of substations and Balance of Plant equipment.
• Monitor and operate SCADA system for distribution and switching.
• Travel within Texas to support multiple project sites as needed.
