Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic records.
• Proven analytical skills from studies or work experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Three or more years of full-time professional experience.
• In-office role with five days per week in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations in Los Angeles and Orange County.
• Collaborate with Pros on ground operations.
• Conduct onsite assessments and intake for prospective clients.
• Use proprietary software, tools, and data to process inbound requests.
• Provide excellent customer service via calls, text, and email.
• Build models and SOPs for projects and processes.
• Learn and research equipment specs, local requirements, and national electric codes.
• Accompany senior personnel into the field for sales calls, events, or projects.
• Test and implement internal software features with Product and Engineering.
• Assist with permit submissions to local building offices and coordinate inspections.
