Job summary

HEAPY is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Indianapolis to lead electrical and MEP infrastructure projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and client expectations while building trusted relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in electrical engineering, construction management or related field and 7–10 years of experience in electrical construction.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in electrical infrastructure or complex MEP construction projects.
• OSHA Safety Training/Certification required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical construction drawings, specifications, contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical and MEP infrastructure construction projects from planning through completion, including schedules, budgets, coordination, and execution.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams while maintaining strong communication and relationships.
• Monitor project progress, finances, safety, quality, and compliance to help ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with HEAPY leadership and multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues, support project goals, and deliver a Superior Client Experience.
