Job summary

HEAPY is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Healthcare Practice in Lexington, KY. This role oversees the full lifecycle of MEP-focused design, commissioning, energy optimization, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring exceptional client experience and project profitability.

The ideal candidate holds a 4-year engineering degree with 10–15 years of MEP and PM experience, preferably with healthcare projects; professional registration is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree required; 10–15 years in MEP design and project management or equivalent experience.
• Professional registration is preferred.
• Experience with healthcare/education clients is common.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of HEAPY Vision, Mission and Core Values.
• Located in the Indianapolis metro area or willing to travel to project sites.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, architects and contractors.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budgets, and client communications.
• Develop and review project plans, risk management, and billing milestones.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
