JOB SUMMARY

Monday-Friday 10:30am - 7:30pm

Performs general janitorial cleaning duties, including inventory control of custodial products and trash removal.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning bathrooms
• Mopping floors
• Daily trash removal
• Restocking soap and paper products
• Inventory management of custodial supplies
• Cleaning tables, countertops, and general dusting around the building
• Cleaning interior windows
• Cleaning microwaves
• Restroom sanitation
• Spot cleaning rugs as needed
• Setting up rooms for meetings or guests
• Assisting the Administration team with shopping for supplies
• Maintaining flexibility with hours and work schedules
• Additional duties as assigned, which may be modified from time to time

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Some computer proficiency
• Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Previous janitorial experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Occasional sitting, reaching overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Frequent walking
• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motions
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds
