Complete Solution Robotics, a subsidiary of RMH Systems, seeks an electro-mechanical technician in Loveland, CO to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated and robotic equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or postsecondary certificate in electro-mechanical technology or related field.
• 1–2 years hands-on robotics or assembly experience.
• Proficiency with electronic testing tools and hand tools; CAD familiarity is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, set up, and repair electromechanical systems and machinery, including automated and robotic equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to guide assembly, testing, and repair processes.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and fix electrical and mechanical faults and perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Operate test instruments such as electronic voltmeters, and precision measuring tools to inspect parts and verify conformance to specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to troubleshoot complex problems and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of tests, maintenance records, and repairs.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Complete Solution Robotics, a subsidiary of RMH Systems, one of the Midwest's largest material handling, packaging, and industrial scale distributors, is seeking an electro-mechanical technician to join our team in Loveland, CO.

This position requires strong mechanical skills, electrical skills, and a troubleshooting mentality. This positionwill install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems that combine electrical, mechanical, and electronic components, ensuring smooth operation of automated and robotic equipment.

Pay ranges from $50,000-$71,000

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Requirements for the position:

• Education: An associate degree or postsecondary certificate in electro-mechanical technology, electrical engineering technology, or a related field. 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in robotics or assembly field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using electronic testing tools, mechanical hand tools, soldering, troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and familiarity with CAD software can be advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, attention to detail, physical stamina, and good communication skills are essential. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team is valued.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience with mechanical set up, rigging, and/or 3 phase electrical systems. Need to know how to use a tape measure.

Electro-Mechanical Technicians commonly work in industrial or manufacturing settings, exposed to noise, dust, and sometimes hazardous materials, with protective equipment provided. Tasks often involve standing for long periods, working in confined spaces, and occasionally lifting heavy machinery.
