Amrize in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair plant machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and support safe operations at our Ready Mix plant in Lewisville. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of specialized training in technical school or apprenticeship.
• 3–4 years of mechanical repair, installation, and construction in a plant/industrial setting.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, repair, move and install plant machinery per manuals.
• Perform maintenance on plant buildings and ensure safety/environmental compliance.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on crushers, conveyors, pulleys, pumps, and screens.
• Inspect equipment condition and perform repairs/adjustments.
• Move and install plants following engineering plans and specs.
• Disassemble and replace worn parts including bearings, rollers, motors and controls.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies.
