Job summary

Hereford Ethanol Partners, L.P. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our plant maintenance crew.

The role focuses on electrical-mechanical maintenance and installation, instrumentation, controls, frequency drives, and mechanical troubleshooting to keep safe and efficient production. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot PLC/DCS, repair pumps and valves, and balance electrical and mechanical tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical-electrical experience or a Maintenance Tech Degree.
• High School Diploma or GED; Maintenance Tech Degree preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment operations and care.
• Experience with Arc and MIG-TIG welding.
• Read and update electrical prints; PLC/DCS knowledge.
• Hart Communication Systems, Profibus wiring and methods knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across the plant.
• Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation, electrical systems, PLC/DCS.
• Program PLC/DCS systems.
• Inspect equipment and calibrate control panels.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Safety-focused work including confined spaces and heights.
