Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a heavy manufacturing maintenance role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship, journeyman training preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, precision measuring devices, and reading technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; PLC experience.
• Fluent English communication; basic math skills.
• Ability to pass testing, physical, and drug screening.
• Strong teamwork in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance on equipment following all safety procedures (LOTO).
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and quality issues; perform breakdown repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Operate and maintain safety systems, report hazards, and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist trouble-shooting with team.
