Qualifications

• Basic electrical knowledge is required; license not required.
• Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Adhere to safety procedures at all times.
• Experience with electrical meters, hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and maintain electric heat trace systems.
• Perform electrical calculations to support installations.
• Read and interpret construction drawings to guide installation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and assist with electrical faults and equipment issues.
• Install insulation on HVAC ducts, pipes, plumbing systems, and industrial piping.
• Collaborate with the Chaparral Insulation Supervisor for coordination.
• Document work performed and provide progress updates.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and meters effectively and safely.
• Work outdoors in varied temperatures and environments.
