Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Intern
TWG Warehouse Services | A Division of The Will Group
TWG Warehouse Services, part of The Will Group, is looking for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Intern who wants more than just a desk assignment. This is a hands‑on opportunity to work on real electrical infrastructure products.
You’ll gain exposure to UL certification processes, panelboard design, manufacturing readiness, and infrastructure‑focused engineering within a growing organization. This is meaningful, resume‑building experience in the power distribution and lighting space.
Founded in 2008, TWG Warehouse Services provides manufacturing, electrical assembly, warehousing, packaging, and project coordination services. As part of The Will Group, we operate under the philosophy “Where There’s A Will, There’s A Way,” fostering ingenuity, ownership, and creative problem‑solving across every project. Our work supports critical infrastructure throughout the region.
This internship focuses on supporting the design, documentation, and production readiness of UL Listed panelboards. You will work directly with engineering leadership on real product development initiatives, gaining exposure to electrical distribution equipment, compliance standards, and manufacturing processes. You will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, including ISO 9001 processes. This is not a theoretical internship. You will contribute to products that move into production.
The hourly rate for this intern position is $20.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
