The candidate must read blueprints, interpret instructions, and work safely in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will perform mechanical, electrical, and harness assemblies, maintain tools, and contribute to a compliant production

Qualifications

• 3+ years assembling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electrical terminations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve parts and materials using forklifts or hand trucks.
• Perform complex assembly tasks including mechanical, electrical, and harness assemblies.
• Assemble products and components according to blueprints and work orders.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order.
• Inspect assembled products for accuracy, quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory records using scanning systems.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks.
• Identify and troubleshoot during assembly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Adhere to safety and quality guidelines and company policies.
