Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Assembler to perform electrical and mechanical assembly on critical military sub-assemblies and systems. You will follow detailed instructions and leverage your technical skills to drive quality and efficiency.

The role requires the ability to work 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or weekend shifts per the UAW agreement, and a US citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• US citizen able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Experience with soldering, harness and cable assemblies.
• Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly on military sub-assemblies and systems.
• Follow detailed written instructions for electrical, optical, and mechanical assembly operations.
• Pass the solder, harness and cable certification course provided by the company.
• Utilize online work instructions for configuration control.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail in assembly operations.
