Flex is a leading diversified manufacturing partner creating innovative products for market-leading brands. The Mechanical Assembler will install electrical and mechanical components within substation enclosures in Dallas, TX, following engineering drawings and safety standards.

The role supports a fast-paced production environment, reads schematics, operates hand and power tools, and performs quality inspections while maintaining a safe workspace and meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Read, interpret and apply blueprints, diagrams, and instructions.
• Work to engineering and quality specifications and safety standards.
• Perform assembly with hand and power tools and verify quality.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and install electrical and mechanical components.
• Assemble and install panels, HVAC units, battery systems, and conduits.
• Inspect finished assemblies for accuracy and report issues.
• Maintain inventory of tools and parts at the workstation.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
