Job summary

HEPCO, Inc. seeks a Mechanical/Electrical Assembler to build components per drawings, using hand and power tools. You will follow electronic work instructions on tablets, and use SAP for parts usage and serial tracking.

The role requires lifting up to 70 pounds, standing for long periods, and maintaining 5S workplace standards while recording labor and quality data. Monday–Thursday, 4x10h shifts in Hudson, NH.

Qualifications

• Completion of at least two years of high school or trade school education.
• Current J-STD and IPC soldering certifications, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook and ability to navigate manufacturing systems.
• Ability to lift 30 to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools according to technical drawings and blueprints.
• Follow step-by-step electronic work instructions using tablets or kiosks.
• Use handheld scanners and manufacturing systems, such as SAP, to record parts usage, track serial numbers, and request materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
• Complete digital and paper production records, including labor tracking and quality sign-offs.
