Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated, a leader in electrical and utility solutions, seeks an electro-mechanical assembler in New Jersey. You will read blueprints and model prints to assemble and wire complex equipment, set up and operate basic production machines, and maintain high workmanship standards in an ISO environment.

In this role you may work across multiple operations, use PPE properly, and help ensure quality while documenting job status in SAP and related systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Must present excellent workmanship standards.
• Must have good verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and wires complex equipment following blueprints and model prints.
• Sets up, operates, and maintains basic production machines.
• Follows work cell procedures and product structures.
• Uses hand and power tools as required and builds harness assemblies.
• Monitors status in SAP and documents component availability.
