Job summary

The Hershey Company in Stuarts Draft, VA is seeking an Electrical Mechanic to maintain and troubleshoot high-speed manufacturing equipment. This hourly position includes a $4,000 sign-on bonus, a starting pay of $44.64 per hour, and opportunities for overtime and incentive programs.

You'll work rotating shifts, with training leading to bid on other schedules, and must pass NOCTI assessment and background checks; safety PPE is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong electrical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing setting.
• Journeyman's card or 3+ years hands-on electrical experience required.
• Experience with PLCs, motors, and process controls is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot high-speed manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and prints; adjust controls as needed.
• Participate in safety and qualifications assessments and maintain compliance.
