A $10,000 sign‑on bonus and starting pay of $41.12 per hour are offered. You will install, test, and maintain electrical systems, troubleshoot equipment, read schematics, and work with PLCs and automation software.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical/PLC experience required in a food manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and interpret blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting, teamwork, and safety discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring and equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions and locate causes of breakdowns.
• Read and interpret schematics and utilize PLC/automation software.
• Adhere to safety procedures including LOTO and PPE.
• Train and lead other employees as needed.
