MeriCal seeks an Electrical Mechanic to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems at our Orange, CA facilities. You will troubleshoot faults, read blueprints, and support equipment validation to ensure reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on electrical maintenance, installation, or repair.
• Experience with lighting, panels, motors, and control systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults and use testing tools for diagnostics.
• Routine maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
• Familiarity with NEC and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
• Identify faults and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions promptly.
• Read blueprints and schematics to plan installations or repairs.
• Support QA and IQ/OQ/PQ processes for new equipment.
• Ensure safety procedures and codes are followed to prevent hazards.
• Maintain records of work performed and parts replaced.
