Job summary

Radiant Dev LLC is seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to support the manufacturing, service, and continuous improvement of FDA-regulated medical device platforms. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, sustaining engineering, failure analysis, test system development, and supplier quality.

You will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement design changes, validate DCOs, and enhance test fixtures and firmware integration across manufacturing lines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in electrical engineering within manufacturing, sustaining, or product development.
• Hands-on ability troubleshooting digital/analog circuits and reading schematics.
• Familiarity with engineering change processes, DCOs, and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day electrical technical support to production, service, and quality teams.
• Conduct laboratory testing, failure analysis, and investigations for complaints, NMRs, and CAPAs.
• Implement and validate electrical/firmware design changes, component obsolescence resolutions, and cost reduction updates via DCOs.
• Develop, validate, maintain, and improve manufacturing test fixtures, equipment, and related software.
• Collaborate with PCB and component vendors to resolve defects and improve board quality.
