Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and overhauling electrical systems on high-speed production machinery.
• Hands-on PLCs, drivers, sensors, motors, and industrial control systems experience.
• Ability to read and work from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CMMS for maintenance documentation.
• Reliable attendance with willingness to work various shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical, controls and automation performance of multiple automated glass production machines.
• Observe operation, monitor control systems, and verify PLCs, drivers, sensors and motors function properly.
• Diagnose electrical faults, trace wiring issues and identify root causes of malfunctions.
• Repair or replace electrical components and calibrate control devices; perform testing.
• Provide mechanical support to sustain electrical/controls functionality.
• Stop machines when issues arise and implement safe corrective actions.
