Job summary

Sazerac is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to own equipment reliability across our facility. You will apply hands-on electrical and mechanical expertise to minimize downtime and optimize systems, contributing to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

The role features a Monday-Thursday schedule with overtime potential, and requires at least 3 years of electromechanical/industrial maintenance experience. AAS degree preferred, Allen-Bradley PLC knowledge aPlus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience.
• Preferred: Associate's degree.
• Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (programming, troubleshooting and hardware).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems to maximize equipment reliability.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions that reduce downtime and improve plant performance.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs while interpreting schematics, ladder logic, and technical drawings.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to uphold SOPs and ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards.
