Job summary
Randstad USA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a safety-first, high-performing manufacturing team in Georgia. Maintain extrusion and injection molding equipment, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to minimize downtime.
The 3rd shift (12-hour nights, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM) requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience. Randstad offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience maintaining extrusion and injection molding equipment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex equipment.
- Strong reading of blueprints and schematics.
- Safety-focused with strict adherence to procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain extrusion and injection molding equipment to keep production running smoothly.
- Perform preventative maintenance and improve PM procedures.
- Participate in equipment changeovers and ensure correct execution.
- Repair and rebuild spare parts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and procedures.
- Pursue ongoing training and participate in new equipment installations.
