Job summary

Molex in St. Petersburg, Florida, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment on our 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00pm-2:30am). The ideal candidate has electro-mechanical maintenance experience, strong electrical skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years or more Electro-Mechanical Maintenance experience.
• Experience in industrial preventative maintenance (electric motors, gear boxes, pneumatic cylinders, cameras, bearings, VFD systems, sensors, servos, potentiometers, heaters, and burners).
• Experience interpreting electrical schematics, specifications, manuals, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical and Process Improvement Projects.
• Analyze production data, identify trends, and offer recommendations for improvement.

• Provide design input on custom fabricated equipment and equipment parts.
• Train Technicians and Machine Operators.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our talented team in St Petersburg, Florida. The successful candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting, repair, and maintaining production equipment. The ideal candidate would have mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge and a preference with PLC troubleshooting.

2 nd Shift: Monday through Thursday (4:00pm-2:30am)
