About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of our production facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll handle equipment setup, breakdown, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on converting and material handling equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, motors, and control systems

• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures

• Conduct preventive maintenance and complete CMMS records

• Support emergency repairs and operate equipment as needed

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or technical certification

• Working knowledge of electrical systems, shop tools, and welding (Mig/Tig)

• Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office 365)

• Willingness to work any shift in a 24/7 environment

• Must acquire required tools and complete on-the-job training within 90 days

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or at heights

• Manual dexterity, prolonged standing/walking, and exposure to a manufacturing environment

Skills:

• Experience with industrial maintenance systems and root cause analysis

• Familiarity with 5S methodology and centerlining

• Formal training in Mechatronics or Industrial Maintenance
