Job summary

Minth Big and Beautiful Alabama LLC in Gadsden, AL, is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for full-time manufacturing operations. You will perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and fault diagnosis on electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, and sensors, while maintaining accurate repair records and supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical equipment maintenance experience; experience with automated production lines or CNC equipment electrical maintenance preferred.
• Valid electrician license (low/high voltage)
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; familiar with PLC brands with basic programming skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections, scheduled maintenance, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems on production equipment
• Respond promptly to electrical faults; diagnose and repair PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and other electrical components
• Establish and maintain electrical maintenance records, documenting root causes, repair plans, and program backups
• Participate in electrical installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment
• Optimize equipment electrical programs to improve stability and efficiency
• Manage electrical spare parts inventory and submit replenishment requests as needed
