Job summary

Minth Big and Beautiful Alabama LLC in Gadsden, AL is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment, including PLCs, VFDs, and servo drives. You will troubleshoot faults, document repairs, and support installation of new equipment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or vocational training, 3+ years in electrical maintenance on automated lines or CNC equipment, and basic PLC programming.

Qualifications

3+ years of electrical equipment maintenance on automated lines or CNC equipment.
Reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Familiar with PLCs and basic programming.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems on production equipment.
Respond to faults; diagnose and repair PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, and sensors.
Establish and maintain electrical maintenance records, documenting root causes, repair plans, and program backups.
Participate in electrical installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment.
Optimize equipment electrical programs to improve stability and efficiency.
