Job summary

Minth Big and Beautiful Alabama LLC in Gadsden, AL is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and prompt repairs on production equipment. Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections, scheduled maintenance, and preventive maintenance of production equipment and fixtures.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns; diagnose and repair mechanical faults (hydraulic, pneumatic, transmission, etc.).
• Establish and maintain equipment maintenance records, documenting root causes, repair plans, and replaced parts.
• Participate in installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment.
• Propose equipment improvement suggestions to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and submit replenishment requests as needed.

Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections, scheduled maintenance, and preventive maintenance of production equipment and fixtures

• Capable of independently diagnosing and resolving common mechanical faults; basic benchwork skills
• Relevant certifications (fitter certificate, etc.) preferred; responsible and dependable
