Job summary

Asbury Heights is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech Specialist with a primary focus on Electrical Work to join our campus team. You will handle electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and installations while supporting general maintenance across personal care, independent living, and skilled care buildings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in facility maintenance or electrical trade work.
• Proficient in electrical systems, diagnostics, low/high voltage, and basic building controls.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work across a multi-building campus.
• Compassion for and comfort around senior residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance & repair across campus, including troubleshooting, fixture updates, and emergency lighting checks.
• Preventative maintenance on generators, panels, and equipment to meet life-safety codes.
• Assist with general campus maintenance, plumbing, HVAC filters, and turnover prep as needed.
• Support the Maintenance Director with outside electrical contractors on capital projects.
• Maintain audit-ready maintenance logs and comply with OSHA and local codes.
