Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking an Electrician Maintenance professional in Arkansas to support plant electrical systems, including conduit installation, schematics interpretation, and equipment troubleshooting.

You will operate cranes and lifts, work with welding and fabrication tasks, and ensure compliance with OSHA/NEC codes and plant safety policies. Weekend shifts and travel to other facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a complete understanding and working knowledge of 110, 240, 480-volt AC motor and DC drive systems.
• Ability to read and work off schematics.
• Be able to read and use electrical hand tools and test equipment.
• Must be able to estimate and design basic electrical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems in a plant environment.
• Must be able to install/replace conduit and rigging in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot plant electrical systems.
• Operate cranes and lifts as needed.
• Install/replace conduit and piping.
• Work with welding, hydraulics, power transmission, pneumatics and fabrication tasks.
• Support rendering equipment installation and setup.
• Follow OSHA/NEC codes and plant safety policies.
