Job summary

Tyson Foods in Scranton, AR is seeking an Electrician Maintenance professional to install, repair and maintain plant electrical systems. You will work with high- and medium-voltage equipment, read schematics, and handle cranes and power tools to support ongoing production.

The role requires 1+ year of electrical or millwright experience, OSHA/NEC knowledge, and the ability to work extended hours including weekends to complete projects.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of accumulative electrical or industrial maintenance or millwright experience.
• Good working knowledge of OSHA, NEC Codes and Plant Safety Policies.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Must have a complete understanding and working knowledge of 110, 240, 480-volt AC motor and DC drive systems.
• Read and work off schematics.
• Use electrical hand tools and fabricate/basic electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems in the plant.
• Willing to perform other duties to maintain plant welfare.
