Qualifications

• 2-year degree in electrical field or electrical or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years' experience in mining/mineral processing or heavy industry electrical area.
• Project experience including installation and startup helpful.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Organize incoming work orders into defined, planned work packages.
• Participate in weekly asset meetings to develop electrical plan and schedule.
• Develop and document work procedures and scopes using Ellipse system.
• Identify, specify, and order required contract labor, parts, tooling, and equipment.
• Build parts and standard jobs resource library.
• Ensure safety standards (MSHA and NFPA 70E) are met in all work areas.
• Communicate and coordinate daily/weekly maintenance plan with all affected.
• Develop short- and long-range electrical maintenance plans and budgets.
• Ensure completion and closure of work orders with electricians.
