Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance or electrical experience, preferably in steel, foundry, power, or heavy manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of motors, drives, PLC systems, and high‑voltage distribution.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct electrical maintenance crews during assigned shifts.
• Ensure safe and efficient maintenance, repair, and operation of plant electrical systems and equipment.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, motors, drives, and high/low‑voltage systems.
• Maintain compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with operations, mechanical, and reliability teams to support production goals.
• Train and mentor electricians and apprentices.
