Job summary

Electrical Maintenance – Level II for Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC. Responsible for maintenance and reliability in a manufacturing environment, with emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Enhancing Safety: Promptly reporting major injury hazards and work-related incidents to help create a safer work environment.

  • Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to HSE standards, policies, and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.

  • Promoting Team Safety: Encouraging collaboration and looking out for colleagues to foster a culture of safety and mutual support.

  • Improving Quality: Applying high workmanship standards and performing quality inspections to maintain and improve product quality.

  • Supporting Maintenance: Providing feedback on preventive maintenance and supporting equipment uptime to enhance operational efficiency.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

Experience
  • Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

  • Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
