Cummins Inc. in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking an Electrical Maintenance – Level II to support safety, quality, and reliability in a manufacturing setting. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical systems, and contribute to continuous improvement.
This on-site role requires collaboration, attention to detail, and a focus on safety, with opportunities to mentor less experienced staff and participate in TPM teams.
Electrical Maintenance – Level II for Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC. Responsible for maintenance and reliability in a manufacturing environment, with emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Enhancing Safety: Promptly reporting major injury hazards and work-related incidents to help create a safer work environment.
Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to HSE standards, policies, and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.

Troubleshooting and Repairs: Analyzing and repairing electrical systems to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Coaching and Mentoring: Instructing and mentoring less experienced team members to build a stronger, more capable team.
Continuous Improvement: Participating in continuous improvement activities and TPM teams to drive process enhancements and operational excellence.

High school diploma or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
