Job summary

PCA in Massillon, OH is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to plan, schedule, and direct daily maintenance activities for electricians, instrument technicians and contractors. This role supports consultations on maintenance and staffing issues across the mill.

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and knowledge of electrical operations. Collaboration with engineering for capital projects and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level electrical engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years training beyond high school.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade electrical systems to improve process reliability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to include Maintenance concerns in capital projects.
• Supervise personnel in Electrical Department.
• Issue requisitions for repair parts and supplies.
• Direct safety, training, morale and policy programs for the team.
• Support safety program education and hazard awareness.
• Assist in cost estimates for work orders and budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date maintenance records for equipment and buildings.
• Coordinate activities with outside contractors.
