Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to perform preventative maintenance on production machines, air compressors, and chiller systems.

You will locate root causes by observation, testing, and listening to equipment in operation, coordinating with the Maintenance Manager. The role requires an engineering background or equivalent experience, strong trouble-shooting skills, and the ability to manage maintenance projects and staff.

Qualifications

• A.S. in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Understand mechanical blueprints and schematics.
• Experience in pipe fitting/fabrication and welding.
• Good attendance and work habits.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Comply with safety, PPE rules and supervise sub-ordinates' safety.
• Quality: Follow guidelines, monitor film quality, resolve issues quickly.
• Production: Manage maintenance section, approve designs/budgets, and supervise new equipment installations.
• Analyze downtime and generate monthly performance reports.
• Lead/train maintenance technicians and make repair decisions.
