Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) in Wakefield. The role focuses on maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, with a strong emphasis on automation and conveyors, to ensure continuous production.

The candidate should have Level 3 electrical and mechanical qualifications and experience in a maintenance environment. IOSH/NEBOSH are desirable. Commutable from nearby areas with strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 electrical and mechanical qualification.
• Experience working within a maintenance department.
• Experience working with automated conveyor systems.
• Desirable qualifications: IOSH or NEBOSH.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and enhancing mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
• PPMs and attending breakdowns, repairing and upkeep of automation systems.
• Maintenance of volume machinery through scheduled maintenance.
• Engage and manage external contractors.
• Immediate response to any breakdowns with the production equipment.
• Assisting and manage the delivery of Supply Chain technical projects.

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join one of our Manufacturing clients in Wakefield.

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias) - Manufacturing

Location: Wakefield

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1 - Day shift 5:45am - 2pm
• Week 2 - Night shift 9:45pm - 6am, and Sundays 6:30am to 1:30pm
• Week 3 - Back shift 1:45pm to 10pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and enhancing mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems
