Job summary

An established FM service provider is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Stratford to perform electrical maintenance across a commercial estate. The role covers lighting, emergency lighting, hydraulics and pneumatics, air conditioning, water treatment, basic plumbing, BMS and UPS systems.

Hours are Monday to Friday with daytime shifts and overtime opportunities. The team offers ongoing training and career progression on a busy, customer-facing site.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Multi-skilled with practical electrical maintenance competency.

Responsibilities

• Lighting maintenance: installation, fault finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels, power distribution
• Emergency lighting inspection and maintenance
• HVAC maintenance: AHUs/FCUs, filter changes
• Water treatment checks and dosing
• BMS and UPS systems maintenance
• Basic plumbing including toilet maintenance

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Stratford, East London – Up to £51,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established FM service provider based on a unique commercial estate in Stratford, East London.

Responsibilities

• Lighting – small installation works, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels, power distribution
• Emergency lighting
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Air conditioning – AHUs/FCUs (filter changes and cleaning)
• Water treatment (temperature checks, dosing)
• Basic plumbing (including unblocking toilets)
• BMS systems
• UPS systemsHours of Work

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday,
07:00–16:00 and 10:00–19:00
Plenty of overtime available.
