DIZARIO Search is conducting a national search for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. Our client, is a premier specialty steel manufacturer established over 30 years ago and producing premium and aircraft-quality steels used in demanding markets worldwide, including aerospace, power generation, oil & gas, and heavy equipment. This position will be based at the company's headquarters and manufacturing facility near Pittsburgh, PA. Advanced operation utilizing specialized melting, remelting, rolling, thermal processing, and finishing technologies.

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and play a key role in capital projects, equipment reliability, maintenance initiatives, and continuous improvement throughout the facility. Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and implement capital investment, maintenance, and plant reliability strategies and projects.
• Plan and manage engineering projects, including project scope, schedules, budgets, equipment installations, and performance expectations.
• Monitor capital spending and project portfolios while identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot electrical substations, transformers, and all power distribution systems and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate major plant outages, equipment rebuilds, and maintenance activities while maintaining safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project-management capabilities.
• Experience working with power distribution and high voltage electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.
