Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in electrical machine, motor, or drive development.
• Ability to solve problems and perform root cause analysis.
• Effective communication in cross-functional settings.
• Some travel required.
• U.S. person or eligible for export-controlled work.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical machine and motor solutions for electric propulsion systems.
• Gather requirements from internal customers, market demands, and competitive assessments.
• Author and release technical specifications.
• Develop and review product and validation plans.
• Prepare and present technical status reports for various audiences.
• Perform root cause failure analysis troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Participate in field performance reviews and communicate knowledge to field teams.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously.
