Allison Transmission in Indianapolis is seeking an engineer to develop electrical machine and motor solutions for electric propulsion. You will gather requirements from internal customers, author specifications, and manage multiple programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The role requires a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years in motor or drive development, with strong problem solving and communication skills.
