The role offers a salary range of $90,136 to $117,177 plus up to $6,000 retention bonus annually, with a focus on safety, professional development, and community engagement within Texas’s technical college system.

Qualifications

• Verifiable work experience as an Electrical Lineworker.
• Hold a Class C driver's license.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Experience with linework tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with distribution/underground power utilities.

Responsibilities

• INSTRUCTIONAL DELIVERY: Prepare and deliver high quality instruction; develop syllabi and plans.
• INSTRUCTIONAL MANAGEMENT: Manage schedule, records, safety, and student evaluation.
• STUDENT RETENTION AND PLACEMENT: Advise students and collaborate with Student Success.
• PROGRAM RECRUITMENT & PROMOTION: Assist in recruitment and related tours.
• TEAMWORK & SERVICE: Work collaboratively with staff and community partners.
