Stark Tech is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee daily electrical installation projects, lead field crews, and ensure safety and quality across the team. You will mentor workers, manage timelines, and coordinate with departments to meet project goals.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in electrical installations and 3+ years in supervision, with OSHA 10 certification. The role emphasizes training, safety, and customer-focused project delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in electrical installation or a combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience managing electrical projects and teams.
• OSHA 10-hour certification is required; OSHA 30-hour certification is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and mobile technology.
• Strong grasp of electrical industry standards, codes, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of electrical crews, ensuring timely project completion.
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement solutions as needed.
• Maintain high standards for quality workmanship and safety performance.
• Train and mentor field staff in technical skills and safety practices.
• Coordinate project schedules, resource allocation, and material procurement.
• Communicate project updates and requirements to management and stakeholders.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and handheld devices for documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and participate in ongoing safety programs.
